About

Kathy M. Hart is a nursing leader with more than 14 years of healthcare experience, including 7 years in nursing leadership across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As Chief Nursing Officer, she has led nursing services through CBAHI accreditation — the first clinic group in KSA to do so — while building the frameworks, policies, and staffing models that keep patient care safe and consistent.

Her background spans direct cardiac care, quality management, and executive nursing leadership, giving her a ground-level understanding of what frontline nurses need and an executive's view of what health systems require to deliver on that. She is the author of Digital Transformation for the Modern Nurse.
